Daily Care Quality: leading to discomfort, infection and other malaise, a lapse in the client’s basic hygiene care by the staff is another top violation in many facilities.
Food: some residents have specific diet needs that they must follow. Whether its diabetes, high blood pressure or obesity, certain dietary restrictions must be followed. Failure to do so can cause serious issues in the resident yet it’s a commonly seen violation.
